These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Site, Putri Dewi, and all of its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate operated Internet sites which reference these Terms and Conditions. “Putri Dewi” means a company incorporated in Malaysia and having its registered address at 37, Jalan Dillenia 2, Laman Dillenia, Nilai Impian, 71800 Nilai, Negeri Sembilan.

By accessing the Site, you confirm your understanding of the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions of use, you shall not use this website. User Submissions

Anything that you submit to the Site or our social media, including but not limited to questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions (collectively, “Submissions”) will become our sole and exclusive property and shall not be returned. You also grant us the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content. You shall not use a false email address or pretend to be someone else. We may, but are not obligated to, remove or edit any Submissions.

Order Acceptance and Pricing

There may be occasions when an order cannot be processed. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We may request additional verifications or information, including address and contact number, before accepting the order.

We strive for accurate pricing, but errors may occur. In the event of incorrect pricing, we may contact you for instructions or cancel the order and notify you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any such order, even if confirmed and payment has been made.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia and waives any objections based on venue.

Arbitration

Any dispute arising from these Terms and Conditions will be settled through confidential binding arbitration in Malaysia, in English, and governed by Malaysian law. The arbitrator shall be legally trained with relevant experience and be independent. Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property and confidential information.

Terms of Use – Interpretation

“Buyer” refers to any person who accepts a quotation or places an order with Putri Dewi.
“Goods” refer to items supplied by Putri Dewi.
“Writing” includes email or any digital communication.

Orders and Specifications

Order acceptance is only complete upon issuance of dispatch confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel or decline any order at our discretion.

No contract may be modified or canceled by the Buyer without our written agreement and full indemnity for any losses or costs incurred.

Price

Prices listed on the Site are final at the time of purchase, excluding delivery charges.

Payment

Buyers may make payment through available methods listed on the Site. Each method is subject to its own terms.

Delivery and Performance

  • Goods will be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.
  • Putri Dewi may subcontract delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times are not binding.
  • If delivery is delayed, the Buyer may issue written notice for completion within 14 days before contract termination is considered.

If Buyer refuses to receive delivery, Putri Dewi may resell the Goods or terminate the Contract.

Force Majeure

Putri Dewi is not liable for delays due to causes beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, fires, floods
  • Wars, riots, civil disturbances
  • Governmental regulations or embargoes
  • Strikes or industrial disputes
  • Power failures or transport issues

We may suspend or terminate the contract in such events without liability.

Notices

Notices must be in writing and sent to the relevant party’s registered address.

Liability

  • We accept liability for injury or death due to our negligence.
  • We are not liable for indirect losses including profit, revenue, or goodwill.
  • Any claim must be made within 2 months from the date the issue arises.

Termination

We may suspend deliveries or terminate the contract if:

  • Buyer breaches contract
  • Buyer undergoes insolvency or legal proceedings
  • Buyer’s assets are seized or liquidated

General

  • If any part of this agreement is found invalid, the rest remains effective.
  • No third party has rights under this agreement unless stated.
  • The Buyer agrees to Malaysia’s legal jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
