YOU MAY RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

  • Item(s) must be returned undamaged, unsoiled, unwashed, unaltered, and unworn.
  • Item(s) must be in original selling condition, including product packaging, price tags, barcodes, and labels.
  • Item(s) with manufacturing defects or wrong item received will be exchanged with the same item or another item of the same value (subject to stock availability).
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

YOU MAY NOT RETURN FOR EXCHANGE

  • Accessories and free gifts (e.g. brooches, bags).
  • Pre-order & backout order items.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Item(s) that are damaged, soiled, washed, altered, or worn.
  • If items returned do not meet return conditions, we will send them back to the customer at the customer’s cost.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE PROCESS

  • Returns must be made within:
    a) 7 working days from the package arrival (local orders).
    b) 14 working days from the package arrival (international orders).
  • All returns must be confirmed by contacting us at admin@putridewi.com for acknowledgement and stock arrangement.

MISSING, DEFECT OR WRONG ITEM

Please email us at admin@putridewi.com with:

  • Your order ID (#XXXXXX)
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos/videos of the item (if applicable)
  • Your preference for exchange or refund

CANCELLATION POLICY

Non-Faulty Products

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processed by our warehouse.
  • If already dispatched, the item must be returned following the return policy.

Faulty Products

  • If you receive a faulty product, email us immediately at admin@putridewi.com.
  • We will inspect and confirm if a refund or replacement is applicable.

REFUND POLICY

Full refund will be issued if:

  • Item(s) are missing or faulty
  • Order is cancelled due to out-of-stock item(s)
  • Refund is approved by management for special cases

Refunds may take up to 14 working days to process.
